  • Application Data: We collect and process grant applications through JotForm and store them on Disability Rights Oregon's sharepoint drive.

  • Usage Data: We gather data on how your organization uses our website through cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience.

Data Sharing We share your organization’s information with members of the Fairview Trust Advisory board to make grant determinations, with Disability Rights Oregon for data storage purposes only, and as necessary for legal compliance or auditing requirements.
